I have applied for my parents and I am the representative from Canada.

Yes called ircc, member of parliament .. they told they have sent a message to officer and to wait..

As mentioned - property papers, bank documents, ITR - this was also shared by the applicant ..

I agree and IRCC shouldnt reject visa. I am not sure if reconsideration would help
