Unfortunately mate Canada's immigration is not fair. Top 3 immigrant groups comprise about 70% of Canada's immigration. So other than the citizenship office, the passport you are holding may also play a role. Unlike USA, Canada doesn't have any cap system for immigrant source countries ...
