Spurk, I believe you only need 8 months study in Canada to qualify for additional 15 CRS points. I don't think you need 12 or 18 months program. Next year CIC will issue 81 K ITA. That is 6 K more than this year. So there is always a chance. Be patient and study to improve yourself and you will...

That is correct. I believe TEF isn't that difficult. First of all, questions techniques are the same as IELTS. Even the essay you have to structure it same way as IELTS. If your English is very well, you will find learning French fun.
