I might have missed this but is there any relaxation of residency requirements from CIC due to covid 19. Our 3 years from landing expires next may and we were hoping to make a move sometime this year but with covid this looks uncertain. Wonder if CIC will relax the residency requirement clause.

Update 2: My card actually got delivered and my family's status is still submitted.

Update- Status for 1(mine) changed to approved and messages says that they have mailed my pr card. Status for rest of family is still submitted. No messages, Any idea what's happening and what to do? Its been 4 days since mine went to approved and my family is at submitted.

Do ghost updates mean anything for PR card status? Landed May 6th and saw ghost update saying application updated for all 3 members, now back to submitted status.

Nope. Only after the application is approved do you know the passport was processed.

yeah, USPS handed over the Canada post and I got detailed tracking from their site as well. So no complaints.

So I followed the instructions above for the return label. I sent using USPS because they dont have any trouble delivering to po box.
