I can't even reach that stage. Impossible to register. I need a valid (cedula or something) number to do it.

I've sent an email to the French embassy in Caracas and another one to the Venezuelian Embassy in France, we'll see. I hope I'll get an answer. Someone can help me in Caracas (a friend of mine lives there) but there is still the cedula problem. It seems to work only for venezuelian citizens.
