*update* Got pre arrival services letter just now. And eCAS says 'decision made' for both sponsor and applicant. But when i click on the decision made link, none of the lines talk about any decision. Should there be a line in there saying what the decision is?

Did not receive an e-mail, but the line for current status on Background Check changed from "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check" to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

Me too. Oct 4, 2017 for me. Hopefully this is a good sign. He also said that they didn't ask him for anything or provide any updates, he simply received PPR.
