See that is what I am confused about. In the letter I received, there is no details of dependents. It has only primary applicants UCI and Name. So now it brings to the same point that can both PA and Dep submit passport based on the letter, which only contains PA's details?

Thanks for the response MuzefferQA. So PPR letter only includes primary applicant's detail and nothing on Dependent. But we can use same letter to submit both passports?

It is a little bit difficult to accept but I saw in March 2021 forum that many got an invite to Oath. Though they applied using online portal but it seems odd that IRCC processes new application instead of clearing pile of backlog they have.
