We received a request for submitting eTA, Passport photocopy, Annex A and Permanent Resident Photos. We submitted 2x photos with our application following the specifications. Do we need to get these photos taken again and submit them for a second time?

So sorry - one other thing. If something doesn't apply to me and the box doesn't grey out is it ok to put N/A in the box? For example, it asks if any other people are financially dependent on me. I have no one to support. I'm not sure how to answer.

Thank you! One more question, when I validate the form it says to print it and sign it unless I'm submitting online. I haven't seen anything previously about submitting online. Do you have any experience on if it's better to submit online or in person?

Hi everyone. I am trying to fill out the application forms I just downloaded off the immigration canada website. I am able to open it and fill in some of the boxes, but some of them turn grey. Does that mean I do not need to fill them out? Or am I doing something wrong?
