Got my card today. The questions on the COPR (convictions, dependants) and my address in Canada.

It's usually delivered in a week to ten days after approval. The six weeks message is just a safe estimate. Most people get theirs within a week of the card being approved.

Now I wait for the card to be delivered since CIC have done their part and mailed it. GCKey profile says "your application has been approved".

Card approved. That was fast. 9 days between landing and card being mailed.

Submitted passport at VFS Islamabad yesterday. Just got a text saying my app is under process at the local IRCC office. BTW, does anyone know if applications from Pakistan are processed within Pakistan or outside? CIC's website says they're sent to a visa office in Abu Dhabi but VFS' tracking...

Yep, Pakistani citizen. Didn't keep track besides checking my online profile for updates since it happened rather fast (3.5 months between AOR and PPR) and it usually takes a while (a friend who applied in 2016 got his in January after several interviews in AUH).

Your stream is inland, those applications usually take less time anyway. Keep your hopes up. EDIT: Didn't notice PNP. No idea if they take more time or less but I've heard FSW-I are processed faster than FSW-O.

Just got the big mail. Took exactly 3 months and 17 days from AOR (Dec 12) and 7 days from ghost update (March 22).

Dec 12. Not from India. I checked my biometric requirements on CIC's website. Got a mail from them too asking to submit biometrics.

Check CIC's website for whether or not Indian citizens/residents need to submit biometric data. If you haven't been asked yet, you might not need to. I got a message on my EE profile giving me 30 days from the receipt of the message to submit fingerprints and stuff.

My application status on the home page chaged briefly to Application Updated but none of the details had changed. I didn't get any messages or emails regarding any updates either. When I logged out and logged back in, the status was back to "Submitted". Im familiar with what ghost updates are...

It's a good thing I randomly checked the forum today or i would have wasted another day. Finally got an ITA, three months before my application expires (December 20th). Strangely enough, no email. Had to log into my CIC account to check.
