Its around 4-5.5 months after that to get your PPR based on mine and others applications.. yes Vienna is working at a snails pace.

We had updates on the account, pre arrival services sent on jan 5. Also the PPR was sent to the online account not email. Hopefully yours isnt too much longer, Vienna is just super super slow its unbelievable.. i think they're severely understaffed.
