Thanks Shimnui1, I received acknowledgement from Mississauga VO confirming that they have forwarded my spouse's file to NVDO. I don't think NVDO will acknowledge us that they have received the file (Not sure if they will). NVDO will send only PP request in the end of process I guess.

Quick update. AOR2 received on 27th June on Sponsor's email. File transfered to NVDO.

From other forum threads what I have read is it takes with in 25-35 days to receive AOR 2 once medical has been passed. It also depends where is PA's VO too. I have a same timeline too. May I know how long it took for you to see an update that medical has been passed after medical examination date?

Medical and sponsor's approval goes along parallel in most cases. SA has to bee approved in Canada because IRCC has to verify the Canadian sponsor's eligibility that he/she is eligible to sponsor or not.

No. As a sponsor you don't have to fill out Schedule A and PCC. These requirement are only for who are not PR or citizen of Canada. So in this case it is for Principal Applicant (your spouse) only.
