Landed on July 11, status still says Submitted. How can I get in touch with an agent to inquire about my pr card? i am currently in the US, so the toll free number does not work. The other number redirects me to the toll free number which then gets disconnected. I am so f'd.

landed on July 11 (Toronto Pearson)... still nothing. Not even a ghost update. Has anyone else had their pr card application in limbo while everyone else got their approval? If so, how much longer did it take for it resolve? Is there a chance an application can get "lost" or forgotten about?

What documents did you use to show your loans/debt. I have one credit card and one auto loan. I was planning to just include the latest statements for them. Will it suffice? After all I'm just showing how much my outstanding balance is. On a side note, do you think I need to show zero balance...

Same here. Seems like they've skipped over prints received on Feb 8.

When mailing your finger print cards for eDO, they specifically ask you to include ATTN: Electronic Summary Request in their address. So I'm guessing these go in a separate pile, which hopefully gets processed faster. But who the f knows?

I had the same thing happen to me. The minimum criteria was met, but no scores were displayed. Then exactly 24 hours later, they finally showed up. Don't know why the system does that???
