if you scored 6.5 in writing, my advice to you is to write down what you gave in the exam, then ask an opinion of an IELTS teacher or friends who ever scored 7.5 or above. If they think your score was underestimated and your case is not TIME SENSITIVE as well (a re-mark process takes 1-2 months...
