I got PPR request on 23rd but my lawyer is not forward that mail to me yet is there any other way to get ppr mail plz help

I got dm on mycic...as i have lawyer i cant access gcjey so call listen to automated service by ph and it says file is in process and background and eleigibilty is in process ...as i got dm and pre arrival services letter on 16.

When your eligibility pass then bgc start and we know only by pre arrival letter which we received after our elegibilty pass
