Yes, it will be generated because this child is included in your application as dependand. In our case UCI was assigned for PA and his child. But we will ask CIC to exclude this child from application. We can't get him for med.examination.

Any news? What you decided to do with this problem? I think send to CIC the declaration, husband's letters to ex and explanation letter that we couldn't get child to pass med.exam. We have nothing else to add.
