Exact same case for me. got RR for the same reason: LOE which we forgot to attach. AOR june 28th for me and submitted the LOE on April 19', medicals also did the same change. Sent couple of email to CIC before getting the message that my application is waiting for the review of an officer. Since...

Still waiting as well ... AOR June 28th. never waited in my life for something this long. no sign after medicals passed. was on RR for work experience, sent the remaining documents about 2 months ago and quiet again since then.
