As per my experience e-cas does not get updated for many months. Mine got updated with received medicals only after my visa was issued, so don't worry if youe e-cas is not showing your current status. Sihs :)

That's normal as it happened to me around the time I got my PPR,and as long as the rest of the information is there don't worry you might be getting your PPR soon. Good Luck Sihs :)
