Hi! I have done some research and found out that after stamping your prints on the UAE PCC form with the assistance of NBI, it is the DFA that will forward your application to the UAE embassy, however, I still have to verify it.

Hi sha_david, Not yet since i still didnt get any ITA. Anyway, there is a way to get your PCC even if you are from the Philippines. You may inquire at NBI since they will be the one assisting you to get your fingerprints stamped on the UAE PCC form.

Yes, but I am still thinking about whom I'm going for, IQAS or ICES. Fees are most likely the same, however, as what I've heard IQAS assess credentials painstakingly. As for ICES, I haven't read much about their assessment from Philippines applicants. Care to share more? :)

It is therefore impossible to get an NOI from Ontario since my ECA is not equivalent to a Bachelors Degree. Unless it is otherwise even my ECA is only equivalent to College Diploma (2 years). Next question is, has anyone received an NOI with an College Diploma (2 years) equivalency?
