How many days does NDVO usually take to return the passport? Just curious.

I was in the same situation as well. I applied from US and I came back to India. I had no issues whatsoever with my processing. I got my PPR. Just update your India address with IRCC.

july 16th around 11:00 am Toronto time

they will only mail back the passport to an address within north America. I moved back to India in February 2018.
