Hi, does anyone know long does it take usuallyafter 'medicals passed' status in spousal visa sponsorship - Permanent residence?

My Spouse and I have submitted an application for her sponsorship. She got her medicals done yesterday and they have given her a 'e-medical information sheet'. She doesnt see an option to upload it on her CIC account. Do we need to upload it anywhere or send it to CIC?
