Yup, came from local office (Mississauga) for me as well. But it seems tracker is not reflecting the current status anymore.

They requested Notice of assessments and Business returns documents to confirm SIN.

Is it normal to still have “Waiting on You” in tracker, even if i submitted the documents and status in ECAS changed from “In Progress” to Decision Made. ? This has been case since 26 May,2023.

You can raise a web form and mention FP given and attach the receipt of payment. For me, it got updated in a day , after raising webform.
