    lots of November 2017 applications were transferred to Vancouver for eligibility review cause Mississauga is busy. Are you in the same boat? Vancouver is now working on Mid-late September applications.

    From my point of view, number 2 means the sponsorship is undertaking....I think they are not starting reviewing sponsor’s eligibility yet....be patient.
