Everyone that I know of that received the PPR e-mail has the same format you described, the MyCIC status only changes after they stamp the visa on your passport not before that. Congratulations on the PPR :D

I'm in Brazil too, I was able to call CIC using Skype (need credits) through the number: +1 (613) 944-4000 I found out my VO through this call (Sao Paulo).

When I call this number through skype it says "your call can't be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial again" and then the voice either says "2AZ" or "2HH" Any tip on how to work around that and get through?

Could you share the number you used to make that? I sent the email form but didn't get a response yet... Thanks in advance :)

How did you guys find out which VO is processing your application? I sent that email to CIC two weeks ago and still no answer... Is there another way to find out which VO it is being processed at?

Do you mean the email where you ask what is your Visa Office? If that is the case how long did they take to answer that? (I sent mine 8 days ago and I'm still waiting for an answer). If the email you are referring to is not the on about the VO can you please which form is that? I really wanted...
