I believe thats what people call a Ghost update, things may start happening for you in the coming days/weeks

I applied Aug 14th and got AOR on the 21st and since then have had nothing, also. seems most peoples are quite a but quicker than this but maybe i'm one of the ones that might take a wee bit long or is somehow stuck or lost. I actually got my ECOPR the day after posting on monday so it came through tuesday and same thing as you, my landing says Calgary on the ECOPR but on my PR confo email mine also said Vancouver. Very confused too. Hopfully the cards are in the post for both of us tho

That I am not too sure of, but i would say no, unless possibly Quebec as i think they do things a little differently but if you go through other forums (months) of timelines for Inland PR they all seem to be similar and not Provence dependant

Anywhere between a few days to many months. there is no set timeline. every case is different. Mine took about 3months in total from passing my medical some people have sat at processing for up to a year.
