Nothing yet. I should receive the first update this week and hopefully the card by next week, but the trip is gone.

I had a trip with my company this Friday and just missed it. I called IRCC, placed many web forms, and even asked for a report but nothing happened. You might be able to travel depending on when is your trip. I am estimating to get the ID somewhere between Mar 12 to 20

Just consider yourself lucky. I have called many times IRCC and sent webforms requesting the expedite of my card with a truly urgent reason and they had told me there is no urgent processing for the first card. The processing time has passed for me and I'm still waiting. eCOPR Jan 17 VO...

That doesn't work for the first card. It only works for renewal

I called to the IRCC and they told me the only country where they let you do that is the US. You can call them and confirm if you can do it. Also if you do that you will have to apply again but this time by yourself for your first PR card.

Same as you linked your PR application. The system will find if you have a PR card application when you link it.
