There may be chances that they have just opened today and are not ready with their systems.. Last time since it was 4th,they got enough time... Let us all hope for the best...!!

It means that if they invite 2750 applicants, only 1375 are able to convert to PR... This % though would gave gone higher in past 3 months I feel... However I too hope they issue max invitations...
