I guess, before your MP has been started processing, your Arrima account is still keeping in activated. Arrima system could not automatically check you have already submitted in MP or not. When they touched your MP, rhe arrima account should be closed. So this is an normal notice.

When did MIFI ask that "450" guy?

You didn't receive doc checklist, how did you send them those docs? Why do they give you IR? Usually you should receive doc checklist first, mail them all the docs they requested, then they give you IR or CSQ.

You should read the checklist carefully, MIDI tells you what's type of the docs they requested. You don't have to highlight anything.
