Hi SamTawel, I am also on remicade. I am on work permit and I believe that remicade is not covered under OHIP. But some company finance the cost of remicade. I never pay any single panne out of my pocket. But I also have medical insurance from my company. I hope this clear some of you doubt.

actually forgot to mention about the GCMS notes. I applied for gcms notes on nov 28. And I can see reconsideration webform in gcsm notes. So, I think they get the documents.
