It is not. I called the immigration and received a detail that i can apply BOWP but i can not work for any company other then the one state in my current work permit. Also i can stay in Canada until decision made on my BOWP application.

Hi, The stauts of Review of Qualification is still not updated but i received AOR. Can i apply BOWP with AOR or i should wait for ROQ to get update as inprogress. Below is the current status "Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements."

Hello, Have able to figure this out? I am not sure but i understand that you have to answer YES for this question while creating Open work permit and attach your AOR with Letter of Explanation.

Hello, I am current having AOR and my work permit is closed one with my last company. I don't have job now and living in Canada with the work permit which is valid. Any one suggest me the possibility to get BOWP. Thanks
