Just thought I'd update this. We ended up receiving our copr in the mail on the 20th, we live in Vancouver so looks like it took 2 weeks to arrive. We just flagpolled at Point Roberts and just got our copr signed with no issues. Good luck everyone!!

Unfortunately we haven't received our COPR yet, it should arrive within the next couple of days, they recommended we call back when we receive our COPR. We can either organise an in office interview, a telephone call or we can leave Canada and come back and do it the traditional way.
