AOR: June 16, 2020 BIL: August 4, 2020 Location: North York I missed a call from an unknown number yesterday (Oct17). The agent left a voicemail saying it’s Service Canada. I hope they call again soon.

My tracker is now active, December 13th at 5:55pm. It says “in transit”. The agent who communicated with me really helped a lot. Good luck to everyone!

Exactly my thoughts too. Now I'm waiting for an update if they found it.

I received another email, now saying they are having trouble locating my passport. Good thing I kept the tracking number. But still, I can’t believe them saying my passport can’t be found.

Thank you. I sent an email this morning and an agent replied to me just now, saying she will locate and expedite my passport.
