Whats the processing time for PR applications?. AOR 10th August 2017. They asked me for additional travel history on Sep 8th. Its been more than 4 months now. I had my lawyer do the application work for me. Should i be worried or does it usually take longer than normal?

Guys, Just had a question regarding the status change on you application. Is there any email sent out to your rep, before the application is updated or how does it work. I have applied from canada, background check says in process and medicals have been cleared.
