Hi all, I got my master from university in montreal and now I have work permit. Is it ok to apply for the CSQ and move to another province or I have to wait until i get CSQ? Also If I moved now to another province and comeback to Quebec after one year, then I apply for CSQ, is it ok ? Thanks,
