    Hello, I would like to ask about the likelihood of getting a NOI from OINP - Human Capital Stream with a score of 475. Also, how often are these NOI issued? The last one I saw was in September 2024, which is almost 8 months ago, and the score was pretty high! Are the scores expected to drop?
