I had my hearing on the 22 September and it lasted for almost 3 hours, I got positive result right away, but not sure how long It takes for my to receive the letter in the mail.

l applied via the new system during the refugee claimant process , where you just tick a box in schedule 12 if you want a work or study permit. Medicals received my cic on the 29th March 2019 Approved 22nd May 2019 Not sure how long it will take to receive in the mail or get an email...

in same situation l phoned ircc call center and they said they received my medicals on the 29th march, and they could see the work permit application in their system, they said it can take 2 weeks to 30 days for the work permit to be mailed.

l heard that was happening thats why l phoned them first than having to wait for 2 months and they did say the work permit application has already been generated and l must wait for 30 days to receive it in the mail.

No for the refugee claimant you have an option on schedule 12 if you want a work permit or study permit, once you select your option the work permit application will be automatically generated once cic receive your medicals.

Which part of this is not right please be specific?
