I called too before receiving the score and customer service said the same!!! 5 mins later it was available online, but i got an email saying that the investigation is done!

I still got nothing!!! I am glad i followed this thread! It is so annoying, they are being unprofessional, sending emails to some , results to few and neither to others....

I sat the test in Saudi Arabia,Jeddah and i still had zero info about the results!! And can’t contact them since it is the weekend...so frustrating!
