dear AMM7 my case was like you,if you send email they will reply if we need we will tell you,just wait and if they dont issue PR ,just 2 weeks before expiry go and do a new one and send them,this is what I did

Dear Iman 3 months ago when I asked them about status of my file they said BC's are in progress,so 2 weeks ago I specifically asked them is BC finilized,they replied BC's are in progress and when it is finished we proceed to next step.
