Hello Guys, Can anyone of you help me regarding my case? I submitted my Express Entry Profile with a CRS score of 407 on Sept 1, 2017 and still have hopes on OINP to get a nomination. But for that, I need to wait for NOI. How frequent OINP offers NOIs for HCP stream?
