Update... I passed the medical on June 2018. After this silence until October 26 2018 when they transferred my application to London VO. Two weeks ago my ECAS changed to "We started processing your application on November 13 2018". What's next?

I sent my application on Dec 22 and was received on Dec 28 2017. My PCC and ARC with letter of explanation was included in the app. I received AOR on February 14 and Schedule A request on February 23-uploaded on March 02. Nothing change after that. Just waiting. Any idea on what's next?
