SII stands for Special Instruction Indicator. You should look at the Notes section on Note 1. I am guessing that you have emailed the honorable CBSA minister's office to chase the outcome of the application. There is nothing to worry about. Did you receive your PPR already? When did your SS start?

If your first 2/3 activities are redacted then you are most likely on SS. If this is the case then you should order for CSIS or CBSA notes asap to find the truth.

The best way to know is to order CSIS or CBSA notes. CSIS note is just a one-page letter. If they say that they cannot find you on their record then you are not on SS. If they say otherwise then you are on SS. CBSA note is exactly a copy GCMS note without any retraction. It will mention clearly...
