First you need to enter the queue to wait for around 30 mins before the agent pick up the call. But not every one can queue because if there are high volume of calls they won't accept new candidates to the queue.

Just called CIC, the agent said my case is still in Sydney and the eligibility check had been completed, but he refused to tell me criminality check result, and I am too nerves to ask security check result.... Seems I need some more months before the final decision was made.

Seems the office got a lot of cases at the same time and your case is still in the queue. BTW, when was this comment added to your notes? Are there any timeline? And what's the status of eligibility check and background check? Any clues in the notes? Thank you mate.

I justed checked immi tracker, and found 94 of 171 227 IP2 cases got their PPR. A good news is that seems they're keep on signing PPR every week. And bad news is that many folks got PPR after waiting for 200+ days, which is really abnormal for EE. Hope that's not the common processing period.

Anyone of 227 ip2 got PPR recently?

Especially some folks who submitted at late March already got their PPR, but we are still waiting, really weird.
