Mine was delivered on oct 19, no update yet, r u in the same spot?

Same thing for me, mine was recieved by cic on 19 october , still no update

Anybody knows if its possible to visit the cpc ottawa and get the documents personally?

I got the same reply after a week bt still nothing, cic account is also on the background check

exact same thing happened with me, the lady told me that my passport is not even stamped yet and cic have it from more than 5 weeks, and she said she will put a reminder on and also mentioned that they are supposed to response to that reminder in 90 days,

Anybody waiting for longer than 6 weeks in canada?

I m in canada and i have sent my passport to ottawa office and yes i called them, bcoz its more than normal they just put a reminder on the file, i dont think that made a difference

For me its been 1 mnth and 5 days and when i called the cic they said that its not even stamped yet and i m in canada

Yeah u need to keep on trying and hopefully they will pick up in some attemp in about 40 minutes or so

I wasnt able to, bcoz the automated message says we are busy at this time try calling at a diffrent time
