Hey! I don't have a PAN card and I need one to transfer the living expense amount to the Canadian account for GIC. last date to apply for visa for Jan intake is Nov 30th and getting a PAN card is impossible within that time . Is there any other way to transfer 10200$ to my Canadian account...
