Having a masters or two degrees (with one being diploma) both have same points weightage for crs score. I believe there would be no added benefit for masters eca. Except that it will cost you 100$ more. You should already be in position to select two degrees option if your eca states it this way.

from what ive learned so far, i think even if you would have got ITA in 119th round, you would be in situation where your ITA and eAPR age factor vary. This is the case when points for the later one are considered.
