Has anyone sent their passports via USPS? I sent mine last Tuesday and it is still not reached Canada yet...don't know how long USPS will take to deliver it....

I thought and decided that i will decline my ITA. My score is pretty decent (481) so another ITA will come by Mid Dec and I will buy fresh 3 months to apply. If everything goes well this time then I will get FBI report somewhere around March 1st week and can apply with all the docs. By the way...

Nothing....I sent an email to them once my credit card was charged and they replied on that.

Thanks for the suggestion! So, this case specific query is any different than submitting the application with a LoE. And does CIC give more than 2 months for submitting missing docs because 2 months wont be sufficient for me because FBI ll take at least 3 months from now to process Nov 17...

I applied from US only. I went to UPS store as a lot of stores provide fingerprinting services but the technician didnt say anything about quality so I would suggest that we should never send a single scan. Its about 4 months wait after all.
