    Is your citizen application delayed for security checks?

    Took my the test back in march of 2017. Still in process till now. Im tired of waiting so long on the phone just to hear the ca centre agent say that they're still doing the security check. Its been more than a year now! Quite frustrating

    Expired residence card- urgent

    I had to go out of Canada for a family emergency. My PR card was expired so I called cic. All they said was to apply for a Permanent resident travel document (PRTD) at the canadian embassy in the country where you are going.
