    Unpaid Internship

Hi Guys I`m working part-time in a restaurant (I have student visa) but I found a really good part-time internship in my area. Its an unpaid internship for now. My question is: Does this internship count for work hours even if its unpaid ? Because I really want to try to work three days there...

    Work over 20 hours

They give you 20 hours/week to work because your main objective in Canada is to study not work. If you worked more than 20H one time or another is not bad, don't worry. Do I have the option of not using the SIN Number

Just for curiosity: Do I have the option to be paid by cash (or deposit, or nominal cheque) and not to use my SIN Number ? I can work 20h/week. People told me that this is not wrong but the problem is that people don`t declare what they earn... if I declare it is legal ?

    Employer didn't registered sin number

Hi guys, I was "hired" by a restaurant that they asked me my sin number and passport (I have study visa). They pay me in every 2 weeks. I worked 1 month below the 20/h week and 2 weeks full time (I had a schedule break). The last two weeks they had a big event and they paid me 15 dolars per hour...
