    Hi! I'm done with IELTS. I have a question about WES and IQAS for ECA. Based on research as of 2017 (in this forum and other fora), WES awards a 2 year equivalency to a 4 year bachelor's degree in the Philippines (degree earned from DLS-College of Saint Benilde).
