My application status is In Process since May,10 but still no progress ,i want to know in which stage visa office evaluate qualifying point 67 .....if anyone knows pl let me know

I applied canada immigration in last year,i have completed 4 years engineering degree ,considering my education 20 point my total point come 65 so i added frech as basic language but did not provide any TEf rwsult , so from visa office called me in May ,10 to provide tef score with in 60 days...
