You get eCOPR when they confirm your presence in Canada, but PR card is issued only after address and Picture are approved. It just seems like the system didn't like the picture you uploaded for PR card, so they just wanted you upload a new one. I think you should be good

Got P1 on Dec 6, 2024 - Replied same day P2 on Dec 10, 2024 - Replied same day. NO ECOPR yet :(

Sending money from student loan is fine.All you have to care about is that you have to send it from your personal account in India only.Even i have done wire to scotia bank yesterday and i am waiting for the reply.
